Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION
Chapter 302302.190. Duration of suspension of license — new license, when. — The director of revenue shall not suspend a license for a period of more than one year and upon revoking a license shall not in any event grant application for a new license until the expiration of one year after such revocation.
