Title X TAXATION AND REVENUE
Chapter 143143.433. No corporate income tax return or other document filing required, when. — Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any entity not subject to the tax on corporations under subsection 2 of section 143.441 shall not be required to complete or file any document or return related to corporate income taxes.
