Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS
Chapter 115115.177. Registrations in effect January 1, 1978, to remain valid, exception. — Nothing in this chapter shall be construed in any way as interfering with or discontinuing any person's valid registration which is in effect on January 1, 1978, until such time as the person is required to transfer his or her registration or to reregister under the provisions of this chapter.
