Title I LAWS AND STATUTES
Chapter 11.025. Registered mail defined. — As used in the statute laws of this state, "registered mail", when used with reference to the sending of notice or any article having no intrinsic value, includes certified mail as defined and certified under regulations of the United States Post Office Department.
