Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 550550.110. Costs taxed against clerk, when. — All costs unnecessarily incurred by a violation of sections 545.320 and 545.330 shall be taxed against the clerk or associate circuit judge who caused the same.
