Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 546546.860. All property bound for fine and costs. — The property, real and personal, of any person charged with a criminal offense, shall be bound from the time of his final conviction of such offense, for the payment of all fines and costs which he may be adjudged to pay.
