Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 546546.810. If found pregnant — sentence suspended. — The inquisition shall be signed by the jury and the officer in charge of such convict, and if it appear that such female convict is pregnant with child, her execution shall be suspended and the inquisition shall be transmitted to the governor.
