Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 546546.750. Warrant of execution, how returned. — After the execution the chief administrative officer of the correctional facility shall make a return upon the death warrant to the court by which the judgment was rendered, showing the time, mode and manner in which it was executed.
