Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 546546.660. Section 546.650 construed. — Section 546.650 shall not extend to convictions for writing or publishing any libel; nor shall any such security be hereafter required by any court upon any complaint, prosecution or conviction for any such writing or publishing.
