Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 545545.860. If prisoner bailed, no special term. — If the prisoner shall be bailed or discharged, the jailer shall give the judge notice of the fact, who shall thereupon be exempted from the duty of holding a special term of his court.
