Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 545545.840. Matters pleaded occurring in another county. — When any matters shall be pleaded as having occurred in any other county than that in which the indictment or information was found, it shall be tried in the same manner as if it had been alleged to have occurred in the same county where such plea is tendered.
