Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 545545.810. Defendant granted reasonable time to plead. — The defendant in an indictment or information in a court of record, shall not be required to plead thereto until he shall have had a reasonable time in which to examine the same and to prepare his pleading.
