Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 545545.730. Continuances on behalf of state, how obtained. — If the application for a continuance is by the state, the prosecuting attorney shall state in writing, under his oath of office, and according to his best information and belief, the same facts required to be stated in the affidavit of the defendant.
