Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 545545.100. Officer may make disclosure, when. — Sections 545.080 and 545.090 shall not extend to any officer making any such disclosure by the issuing or in the execution of any process on such indictment, or in any other way, when it shall become necessary in the discharge of any official duty.
