Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 544544.620. What deemed a surrender. — The bailor must deliver a certified copy of the recognizance to the sheriff with the principal, and the sheriff must accept the surrender of the principal, and acknowledge such acceptance in writing.
