Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 544544.550. Recognizances, how taken. — All recognizances taken in a court of record in term shall be entered of record, and all recognizances required or authorized to be taken in vacation in any criminal case, or proceeding of a criminal nature, shall be in writing, and signed by the parties to be bound thereby.
