Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 544544.430. Who may be bound by recognizance. — Infants and married women shall be deemed capable, in law, of binding themselves by recognizance for their appearance and attendance, as specified in section 544.420, in like manner and with like effect as other persons.
