Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Chapter 541541.010. Code applicable, when and where. — The provisions of this code applicable to circuit judges shall also be applicable to any other judges of the circuit court in all criminal cases when no other or different provision is made by law for the government and control of such judges.
