Title XXXVI STATUTORY ACTIONS AND TORTS
Chapter 537537.370. Penalties, how recovered. — The penalties mentioned in sections 537.340 and 537.350 may be recovered by civil action founded on said sections, or by indictment, or information, at the option of the party injured, in any court having jurisdiction of the same; and when the proceeding is by indictment, such penalties shall be paid into county treasury.
