Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 515515.630. Secured claims permitted against estate property. — Except as otherwise provided for by statute, estate property acquired by the estate, the receiver, or the debtor of the receiver is subject to an allowed secured claim to the same extent as would exist in the absence of a receivership.
