Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 513513.530. Court may control investment of proceeds. — If such homestead shall be sold as provided in section 513.525, the court may control the investment of the proceeds of such sale in a new homestead, or their payment out of court, as in cases of the funds of married women.
