Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 513513.305. Executions issued from circuit court of Marion County — either division — effect. — All executions issued in pursuance of judgments rendered by either district number 1 or district number 2 of the circuit court of Marion County may be levied in any part of Marion County, or elsewhere.
