Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 513513.290. Sheriff's deeds to be recorded — record to be evidence. — Every deed executed and acknowledged as provided in sections 513.275 to 513.285, or proved, shall be recorded as other conveyances of land; and thereafter such deed, or a copy thereof, or of the record, certified by the recorder, shall be received as evidence in any court in this state, without further proof of the execution thereof.
