Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 512512.130. Transcript, when filed. — The transcript on appeal shall be filed with, and the action transferred to, the appellate court within ninety days from the date of filing of the notice of appeal, except that, when more than one appeal is taken from the same judgment or order to the same appellate court, the trial court may prescribe the time for filing and transferring, which in no event shall be less than ninety days from the date of filing of the first notice of appeal.
