Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 511511.770. Citation of law — purpose. — 1. Sections 511.770 to 511.787 may be cited as the "Uniform Foreign Country Money-Judgments Recognition Act".
2. Sections 511.770 to 511.787 shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
