Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 508508.011. Change of venue, state statute prevails if in conflict with supreme court rules. — To the extent that rule 51.03 of the Missouri rules of civil procedure contradicts any provision of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail regarding any tort claim.
