Title XXXI TRUSTS AND ESTATES OF DECEDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY
Chapter 470470.200. Court may order sale. — Whenever title to any real estate has vested in the state, the circuit court of the county in which such estate is situate shall, upon the application of the prosecuting attorney of said county, order and direct said real estate to be sold; which sale shall be made by the sheriff of said county and shall be advertised and conducted in the same manner as shall by law be provided for the sale of real estate under execution.
