Title XXVII DEBTOR-CREDITOR RELATIONS
Chapter 429429.130. Penalty for refusing to satisfy. — If any creditor refuse to enter satisfaction within ten days after payment and request, as aforesaid, he shall be liable to any person injured, to the amount of such injury and cost of suit.
