Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 417417.217. Foreign businesses, registration, when — exemption from, when. — Foreign business entities which have any owning interest or part in this business may be required to register with the secretary of state as prescribed. The foreign business entity may be required to first obtain a certificate of authority unless otherwise exempt by Missouri law.
