Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 414414.043. MTBE content limit for gasoline, when. — After July 1*, 2005, no gasoline sold, offered for sale, or stored within this state shall contain more than one-half of one percent by volume of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE).
