Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 407407.846. Law applicable to dealer's agreements, when. — The provisions of sections 407.838 to 407.848 shall apply to all dealership agreements now in effect and all other dealership agreements entered into or renewed after September 28, 1987.
