Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 407407.1068. Application of law. — The provisions of sections 407.1060 to 407.1068 shall apply to any transfer of structured settlement payment rights pursuant to a transfer agreement reached on or after August 28, 1999.
