Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 443443.150. Acknowledgment and satisfaction — how made by a corporation. — Hereafter any president, vice president, secretary, treasurer or cashier of any corporation may, in the name and on behalf of such corporation, execute releases of any security instrument by release deed, with the same force and effect and in like manner as if executed by the president of such corporation.
