Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 441441.710. Certain parties have standing to initiate expedited eviction proceedings. — Any of the following parties shall have standing to bring a civil action pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880:
(1) A landlord; or
(2) A prosecuting attorney of the jurisdiction in which the leased property is located.
