Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 380380.351. Certificate of merger returned to whom. — The certificate of merger and certified copy thereof, with a copy of the articles of merger affixed thereto by the secretary of state, shall be returned to the surviving corporation or new corporation, as the case may be, or to its representative.
