Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 379379.275. Policies need not be countersigned — conditions. — 1. Any law requiring that policies be countersigned and delivered through a resident agent shall not apply to any policy of such mutual company on which no commission shall be paid to any local agent.
2. Such mutual company may insert in any form of policy prescribed by the law of this state any provisions or conditions required by its plan of insurance which are not inconsistent or in conflict with any law of this state.
