Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.886. Regulations, requirements — rules, procedure. — Regulations adopted pursuant to sections 376.850 to 376.890 shall be subject to the provisions of section 376.982, section 536.021 and section 536.024. Any regulation adopted pursuant to sections 376.850 to 376.890 shall contain all of the provisions of the model regulation or regulations relating to Medicare supplement policies adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
