Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.819. MO HealthNet division to have right to payment for health care services provided. — To the extent that payment has been made by the MO HealthNet division for health care items or services furnished to a Medicaid-eligible individual, the MO HealthNet division is considered to have acquired the rights of the Medicaid-eligible individual to payment by any insurer or other party obligated to cover such health care items or services.
