Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.442. Rules and regulations, procedure. — The department of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to the administration or enforcement of the provisions of sections 376.431 to 376.442, pursuant to section 376.982 and chapter 536.
