Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.407. Advance practice nurse, claims for service to be reimbursed, when. — Any health insurer, as defined in section 376.806, nonprofit health service plan or health maintenance organization shall reimburse a claim for services provided by an advance practice nurse, as defined in section 335.016, if such services are within the scope of practice of such nurse.
