Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.1356. Utilization review organization monitored, when. — Whenever a health carrier contracts to have a utilization review organization or other entity perform the utilization review functions required by sections 376.1350 to 376.1390 or applicable rules and regulations, the health carrier shall be responsible for monitoring the activities of the utilization review organization or entity with which the health carrier contracts and for ensuring that the requirements of sections 376.1350 to 376.1390 and applicable rules and regulations are met.
