Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.1095. Rules and regulations, promulgation. — The director shall have the power to promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 376.1075 to 376.1095. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 376.1075 to 376.1095 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
