Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.1025. Director may adopt rules. — The director may adopt regulations which are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 376.1000 to 376.1045 and to ensure the safe and proper operation of multiple employer self-insured health plans in this state. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this section shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
