Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 374374.510. Minimum requirements for utilization review agents. — 1. All utilization review agents shall meet the minimum requirements set forth in sections 376.1350 to 376.1390.
2. All utilization review agents certified before September 1, 1997, shall meet the requirements set forth in sections 376.1350 to 376.1390 by January 1, 1998, or such certification shall be deemed invalid.
