Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 367367.120. Certificate of registration — application for. — Application for a certificate of registration shall be in writing in the form prescribed by the director. No certificate of registration is required until thirty days after sections 367.100 to 367.200 become effective, during which period such application may be made.
