Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 362362.255. Tenure of office of directors. — The directors shall, unless sooner removed or disqualified, hold office until the next annual meeting of the stockholders, and until their successors are elected and have qualified.
