Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 362362.169. Population defined for legal loan limit. — For the purpose of determining the legal loan limit in section 362.170, the population of the community where the bank or trust company is located shall not include inmates of a correctional institution located in that community.
