Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 362362.046. Bylaws, who may make, amend or repeal. — The power to make, alter, amend, or repeal the bylaws of the bank or trust company shall be vested in the board of directors, unless and to the extent that this power is reserved to the stockholders by the bylaws or the articles of incorporation. The bylaws may contain any provisions for the regulation and management of the affairs of the corporation not inconsistent with law or the articles of agreement.
