Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 362362.025. Articles of agreement to be filed. — The articles of agreement shall be signed and acknowledged by the parties thereto, and three copies thereof shall be filed with the director of finance. If the director finds the articles to be improperly drawn, he or she shall immediately return them to the parties indicating the corrections to be made. If the director finds the articles to be in proper form, he or she shall return one copy to the parties with an indication that they are approved as to form, and shall file one copy in the public records of the division of finance which shall be a permanent record.
