Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 355355.688. Duty to continue report, tax payments. — A voluntarily dissolved corporation must continue to file the corporate registration report and pay all required taxes due the state of Missouri until the effective date of articles of termination.
